Return Policy ᐉ Medieval Armoury


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of products are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Footwear
  • Underwear (including bikinis)
  • Earrings and/or piercings
  • Items in the “SPECIAL PRODUCTS” section
  • Free Gifts from Medieval Armoury
  • Customized Products
  • Products "On-Request"
  • "Occasion" products
  • Contact lents

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. You can go to this page and fill out the form : Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund can be reflected.

Only regular priced or regularly discounted items can be refunded. (NO REIMBURSEMENTS FOR “SPECIAL PRODUCTS”, “SECOND HAND”, OCCASION ARTICLES or any article described above).

CHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at and follow the instructions.

The shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, it is recommended that you use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
