John Lee Zaza Iaito Wakizashi | Wakizashi

John Lee Zaza Iaito Wakizashi | Wakizashi

Bamboo is referred to as Zaza in Japanese. It is a sign of growth and purity because of its straight form and fresh green hue. It's also seen as a symbol of good fortune in Japanese culture.

The blade is forged from stainless 420 steel and is not honed, making it light and well-balanced. In a traditional form, the hilt is wrapped in black cotton and finished with authentic ray skin. The sword's ornamentation (Tsuba, Fuchi, Kashira, Menuki) depict bamboo themes. The sheath is black and finely polished, with golden bamboo leaves and high-class bi-colored Sageo tied into it. The sheath's ends are crafted of the finest buffalo horn.

The sword will be packaged in a collector's box with a printed cloth bag, seal, and certificate of authenticity.
